Todd Petersen
Managing Director
Todd Petersen is the Managing Director of Options. Prior to joining Options as Managing Director in March 2006, Todd held a number of senior management positions in a broad range of international development organisations, and has managed large health programmes in a number of countries. Todd holds an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
Corinne Grainger
Head of Strategy
Corinne Grainger is responsible for Options’ strategy and new project development. Corinne has 15 years’ experience in international development, and has been with Options since its inception. Prior to her current role, she managed Options’ business development team. Corinne has worked as a consultant in sexual and reproductive health for clients such as DFID and a range of international NGOs.

Jo Elms
Head of Programmes and Business Development
Jo Elms leads the development of new business and oversees the management of Options’ international programmes. Jo has 16 years’ experience in international development. He has held senior positions in international NGOs and has a strong track record in the development of donor funding for international development and humanitarian programmes. Jo is experienced at facilitating strategic planning workshops in Asia, the Caribbean, Latin American and Africa.
Dr Kirstan Hawkins
Head of PEER and Social Development
Kirstan Hawkins leads Options’ social development and PEER group. She is responsible for developing and supporting Options’ programmes and consultancy work while focusing on the social dimensions of reproductive, sexual and maternal health; HIV & AIDS; monitoring and evaluation; and health systems strengthening.
Dr Louise Hulton
Head of Maternal Newborn and Child Health, and Coordinator of Technical Resources
Louise Hulton is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the quality of technical resources across Options’ programmes. Louise leads Options’ maternal newborn and child health strategy and UK work.
