  • Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Specialist (International and Domestic)
Salary £27–35,000
Full-time (35 hours per week)

This role has three key responsibilities:
  • You will contribute to the strategic development of SRHR both domestically and internationally.
  • You will be responsible to work as part of a team developing and maintaining Options’ capacity in sexual and reproductive health and rights, particularly in policies, programming, and research.  
  • You will develop Options' capacity to deliver technical expertise in sexual and reproductive health and rights from both a health and a human rights perspective.  
The position will require international and domestic work on policies, programmes, and research on sexual and reproductive health and rights.  The ideal candidate will have a post graduate degree in human rights and/or a post graduate degree in public health.  Previous work with international or regional sexual and reproductive rights organisations required, in the UK and in developing or transitional economies.  A confident self-starter, you will have excellent communication skills, writing skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-moving and complex environment.

This role is based in our Central London office and some overseas travel may be required.
