Asma Balal, Options' Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, has extensive experience in health project design and management. Asma has worked on a range of monitoring and evaluation assignments specialising in service delivery networks, community based health financing, HIV & AIDS prevention, and contraceptive social marketing. Before joining Options, Asma worked with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu's Emerging Markets Group as a Manager in the Health Care Practice Unit and as a Senior Analyst in International Health for Abt. Associates. Asma also has significant experience in design and implementation of health service delivery networks. Fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu, Asma has a MPH from Harvard University, School of Public Health, Boston and a MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.
