Kate Norman is a consultant and programme manager with over five years' developing country experience, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. She specialises in providing technical assistance to Government Departments of Health, NGOs and bilateral health programmes particularly in the areas of community health programming and research, behaviour change, health promotion, capacity building and training. Kate has worked with and for a number of international donors including United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Australian Government Overseas Aid (AusAID), United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID) the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the German Development Bank KfW.
