Customer Insight Research
Customer insight research is at the heart of Options UK’s work. Our methods give rich insights and improve organisations’ understandings of citizens, customers and communities.
 
Our work can identify the data from different channels, and how sources can be consolidated to give a rounded understanding of your customers and potential clients. We use a range of methods to give that insight – from patient surveys to social media. We work collaboratively with different people and groups to give a shared insight into local issues, and to identify areas of specific needs and gaps in services.

Identifying gaps is of little use unless we also find out what is likely to work for the greatest range of people. Our co-design methods identify local solutions to local issues. We bring our expertise in public health interventions to make these insights grounded in the practical realities facing commissioners.
