Todd Petersen
Managing Director
Todd Petersen is the Managing Director of Options. Prior to joining Options as Managing Director in March 2006, Todd held a number of senior management positions in a broad range of international development organisations, and has managed large health programmes in a number of countries. Todd holds an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.

Malcolm Barter
Deputy Managing Director and Director of Finance 
Malcolm is a qualified accountant and has held a number of senior management positions for a range of organisations across the charity, NGO, academic and commercial sectors. Malcolm has extensive experience and knowledge of financial management and governance issues in developing countries which is utilised to help structure and underpin Options' own systems and procedures in the delivery of its programmes.

Alison Dembo Rath
Technical Director
Alison Dembo Rath is responsible for developing and supporting Options' programmes, and ensuring the quality of technical inputs. Alison leads Options' health systems work with particular focus on South Asia.

Jo Elms
Director of Programmes
Jo Elms directs the management of Options' international programmes and provides strategic leadership for the development of Options’ new business. Over the last 20 years, Jo has held key leadership positions in a range of social development, health and poverty-focussed organisations working in international development. Jo has an extensive track record of developing strategies and partnerships with donors and other development agencies for long and short term development and humanitarian programmes in a broad range of countries across Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. 
 
Kirstan Hawkins, PhD
Technical Director
Kirstan Hawkins is responsible for developing and supporting Options' programmes, and ensuring the quality of technical inputs. Kirstan leads Options' social development and PEER work, focusing on the social dimensions of reproductive, sexual and maternal health; HIV & AIDS; monitoring and evaluation; and health systems strengthening.
 
 
Louise Hulton, PhD
Technical Director
Louise Hulton is responsible for developing and supporting Options' programmes, and ensuring the quality of technical inputs. Louise leads Options' reproductive and maternal health, focusing on the reproductive and maternal health dimensions of health systems strengthening.
