Kevin is a specialist who has 17 years’ sexual health and HIV/AIDS clinical practice, including targeted prevention and treatment services for men who have sex with men, male and female sex workers, homeless youth, adolescents and HIV positive men. He has a doctorate in sexually transmitted diseases, has led and contributed to a range of research and development projects and has over 30 publications. He has a broad range of national and international experience and is currently a Sexual & Reproductive Health, HIV & Rights Technical Advisor for the Options Consultancy Services Ltd programme, Taking Action against HIV & AIDS in the UK Overseas Territories; a DFID-funded programme running from 2008–2011 with the goal of reducing new HIV infections and increasing the quality of life of people already infected or affected by HIV in ten UK Overseas Territories in the Caribbean and South Atlantic.
