Options' mission is to improve the health and quality of life of poor and marginalised people.

We are committed to working in partnership with national governments, international development agencies, the private sector and civil society to strengthen programmes and policies that directly support the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals in health and poverty reduction.

We focus on strengthening services, increasing access and improving the quality of health and social care at all levels of the health system.  We seek to influence grass roots programming, give voice to the poor and under-served and support effective international donor and national government policies and programmes.
